SHIPPING POLICY

At Gescina, we strive to deliver your purchases in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy to understand our shipping practices and how we handle your orders.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. This email will include your order number and details of your purchase.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change.

Domestic Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically takes 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day if ordered before 12 PM local time.

International Shipping

  • Availability: We offer international shipping to select countries. Please check our website for the list of countries we ship to.
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Gescina is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
  • Tracking Updates: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipment confirmation email.

Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO boxes.
  • APO/FPO Addresses: We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, but delivery times may be longer.

Shipping Delays

  • Unexpected Delays: While we strive to deliver orders on time, shipping may be delayed due to factors beyond our control such as customs delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct. Gescina is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at gescinashome@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo of the damage and contact us at gescinashome@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.
